Room 02 The Consultant

| Campaigns that moved culture — not the other way around.

For brands,
agencies & creative teams.

01 The Practice

Three decades of building brands, managing talent, and making campaigns that changed how people met the work.

Started in London in 1994, connecting great creative talent with great fashion brands — Prada, Jil Sander, Dolce & Gabbana, Tiffany, Apple, Condé Nast. Then Two Hustlers in New York in the early aughts — Lady Gaga, Diesel, MAC, Mugler, Uniqlo — the wild campaigns and the advent of social media that taught me the biggest ideas need the quietest listening to hold. A room, always, of brilliant, curious, talented people.

The work was rarely the deck. It was the conversation before the deck — the one where the brief actually got honest — and the harder conversation after, where the campaign had to hold up against the world.

I still take that work. The aligned kind. The campaigns that move culture rather than chase it. And now — in an age of AI, brand identity crises, and organizations trying to remember what they were before the market told them what to be — I bring the same instincts to founders, executive teams, and companies navigating identity from the top down.

03 Now

Brand identity at inflection points — helping companies remember what they were before the market told them what to be.

Talent strategy and partnership architecture — matching creative talent to brands where the work will actually make something.

Creative team advisory — sitting with agencies, in-house studios, and creative directors mid-project when the room is stuck.

Identity in the age of AI — advisory for brands and organizations rethinking what makes them recognizably themselves in a market where the tools have all changed.
